With this service, we’ll go through your computer and ensure it’s running at peak efficiency. This includes:

  • Scanning for viruses and malware, and removing them if found

  • Cleaning up temporary files that take up valuable space

  • Removing PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs) and bloatware (OEM-installed software and games you don’t need)

  • Physical PC cleaning, including dusting and stain removal

DIAGNOSTICS

$50 (WAIVEABLE)

Got a specific issue with your computer? No problem. We’ll fully diagnose what’s wrong with your system and provide you with a detailed report of the issues, along with the cost of parts and labor required to get your computer up and running again.

The diagnostic fee is waivable if you choose to go ahead with the repair.

BASIC DATA RECOVERY

$125 + Cost of New Storage Media

Computer broken and can’t access your data? We’re here to help. With our Basic Data Recovery package, we’ll:

  • Remove your hard drive and connect it to our test bench to recover your data

  • Provide the recovered data on a USB flash drive (up to 128GB) or a new hard drive (at additional cost)

  • If you have a new computer, we can transfer your data to it at no extra cost

Please note, due to the complexity of storage media (such as Apple’s soldered storage), this service is only available for Windows or Linux PCs with removable storage.

Just got a new desktop or laptop and want it set up exactly how you like it? With this package, we’ll take your new computer and custom configure it to your specifications. This includes:

  • Removal of bloatware installed by the manufacturer

  • Updating all drivers for optimal performance

  • Installing any programs of your choosing

We’ll ensure your new system is ready to go, without the unnecessary extras.
