YOU CAN SCHEDULE A FREE PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF APPOINTMENT THROUGH OUR ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM (POWERED BY SETMORE). OUR WORKSHOP IS NOT CUSTOMER FACING, YOU CANNOT DROP IT OFF AND PICK UP YOURSELF (THIS IS SET BY THE LANDLORD NOT US) BUT YOU CAN PUT WHATEVER ADDRESS YOU LIKE AND WE WILL USE THAT AS THE PICKUP POINT MEANING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO MEET IN PUBLIC OR HAVE US PICK IT FROM YOU AT WORK IN ORDER TO KEEP YOUR PERSONAL ADDRESS PRIVATE YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PERSON WHO BOOKED THE PICKUP MUST BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF PICKUP AND DROP OFF AND A OFFICAL STATE ID MUST BE PRESENTED.

PICK-UP:

ON YOUR SCHEDULED DATE AND TIME, WE'LL ARRIVE AT YOUR LOCATION TO SECURELY COLLECT YOUR DEVICE(S).

SERVICE TIME:

MOST SERVICES ARE COMPLETED WITHIN 1–2 BUSINESS DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE WORK NEEDED.

DROP-OFF:

ONCE YOUR DEVICE IS READY, WE'LL CONTACT YOU TO SCHEDULE A CONVENIENT TIME FOR DROP-OFF.

HOW DO I PAY?

ONLINE PAYMENT:

AFTER YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETE, YOU’LL RECEIVE AN INVOICE BY EMAIL WITH A SECURE PAYMENT LINK.
